Callisto Bath & Body accepts MasterCard, Visa
or PayPal. All payment transactions are secure. Please
note that payments made via PayPal echecks take four (4)
business days to clear, and orders will be shipped after
payment has cleared.
Shipping
Policy
Orders within the United
States:
Callisto Bath & Body offers FREE shipping within
the contiguous United States on all purchases of $75 and
over (excluding taxes) via Priority Mail through the United
States Postal Service (USPS). Priority Mail is typically
delivered to its destination within approximately two
(2) to three (3) business days after it is mailed by Callisto
Bath & Body.
For purchases totaling less than $75, non-refundable shipping
fees are calculated during the checkout process based
on the weight and destination of the package.
During checkout, customers shipping orders within the
United States have the option of selecting USPS Priority
Mail or USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mail offers guaranteed
next-day and second-day delivery nationwide (after the
package is mailed by Callisto Bath & Body), and packages
are automatically insured to $100 against loss or damage.
International
Orders:
Callisto Bath & Body ships international orders via
USPS Global Priority Mail (for packages weighing 4 pounds
or less) or USPS Global Airmail Parcel Post (for packages
weighing more than 4 pounds). International shipping fees
are non-refundable and are calculated during the checkout
process based on the weight and destination of the package.
Global Priority Mail is typically delivered to its destination
within approximately four (4) to six (6) business days
after the package is mailed by Callisto Bath & Body.
Global Airmail Parcel Post is typically delivered to its
destination within approximately four (4) to ten (10)
business days after the package is mailed by Callisto
Bath & Body. Any applicable duties are the responsibility
of the customer.
Package
Insurance
You may purchase USPS package insurance
for a flat fee of $2.30 during the checkout process. If
you choose not to purchase package insurance, Callisto
Bath & Body is not responsible for packages lost or
damaged in transit due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and
shipped within five (5) business days. (Business days
are Monday through Friday, and do not include U.S. federal
holidays.) Occasionally, we may experience slight shipping
delays due to unanticipated increases in order volume.

Please note that due to the personal nature of the products
sold at Callisto Bath & Body, we are unable to accept
returns or offer refunds. Prior to placing your order,
